Project Scope: Designed as a fun and interactive tool. This web app helps facilitate and log Movement and Mindfulness exercises providing health and wellness services for disability customers. The app also includes Video training, Personalised programs, a Nutrition logger, Sleep logger and Awards for users who have achieved their weekly goals. The app captures and manages activity and user metrics to help track and manage progress and success of the training programs.
